Margaret “Peggy” A. Hosking is a partner in the Business Services practice group of the Riverside office of Best Best & Krieger LLP. She practices in the areas of general business, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. She also practices all facets of equine law.

Ms. Hosking graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1997. While at Loyola, Ms. Hosking participated in the disability rights program at the Western Law Center for Disability Rights and she was Chapter Justice for the Ford Chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

Originally from the East Coast, Ms. Hosking earned her BS in International Business and Finance from Marymount College Tarrytown, NY in 1990. During her junior year she interned at Merrill Lynch International Bank in London and studied at the London School of Economics and then continued her studies in Sienna and Florence, Italy. She was also the Captain of the Marymount Equestrian Team and represented the team in Regional and National finals. Ms. Hosking and her husband, James Hosking, live in Norco, California.

Ms. Hosking is a member of the State Bar of California and the Riverside County Bar Association. She is admitted to the Central, Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts. She serves on the boards of Commercial Real Estate Women-Inland Empire Chapter (CREW-IE) and San Bernardino Sexual Assault Services (SBSAS). 

Ms. Hosking belongs to the United States Equestrian Federation, the United States Dressage Federation, the United States Hunter Jumper Association, California Dressage Society, and the Dressage Association of Southern California.
